These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of Dokan, a software product owned and operated by weDevs Ltd. (“weDevs”, “us”, “our” or “we”). By using or accessing Dokan, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, we discourage you to use Dokan.

License

Dokan is released under the GNU Public License version 2.0. We strongly discourage you to offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.

The license key ensures access to updates from our servers. Without activation, you won’t be able to use premium modules. If your subscription is canceled or expires, the premium modules will stop working.

Each product from our site includes 365 days of support and update validity. This date is calculated from the minute the order has been marked as complete. If you do not have a valid license, you will not be able to download any of your purchased products.

An active subscription is required to access the downloads section. Each product comes with an auto-renewal feature through PayPal and Stripe subscriptions to ensure a smooth flow of updates and support.

Restrictions

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or transfer any part of Dokan without our prior written consent. You must also not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of Dokan or use any means to gain unauthorized access to Dokan or its related systems.

Intellectual Property

Dokan is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to Dokan, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Dokan.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Dokan is provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Dokan be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Dokan.
